- Consumable wear items and cosmetic wear

Filing a claim
- 1Email support@t1pcs.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
- 2Our team will troubleshoot with you — many issues are resolved remotely the same day.
- 3If a repair is needed, we send a prepaid, insured shipping label for your system.
- 4We diagnose, repair, re-test, and return your machine, typically within 5–7 business days of receipt.
