Each machine is built to order. Assembly plus the mandatory 48-hour burn-in means most orders ship within 5–7 business days, with free insured shipping and tracking from there.
You get a machine that is assembled, cable-managed, and stress-tested as a complete system — with one warranty covering everything. No compatibility guesswork, no RMA ping-pong between vendors, and no risk on the most expensive parts you will ever handle.
Yes. Every build uses standard, off-the-shelf components, so the GPU, storage, and memory are all user-upgradable. Our support team will walk you through compatible parts for your specific configuration.
Two years of parts and labor through us directly. If anything fails, you deal with one team — not the GPU vendor, the PSU vendor, and the memory vendor separately. DOA units are replaced immediately.
Every unit is hand-assembled, cable-managed, and put through a 48-hour stress and thermal soak. We tune fan curves per system, stage a fresh OS and drivers, then photograph and serial-log it before it is boxed.
Shipments are fully insured and packed in custom-fit foam. In the rare case of transit damage or a dead-on-arrival component, we cross-ship a replacement right away and handle the carrier claim ourselves.
